Proven experience in case management, preferably working with veterans or in a related field. Strong understanding of veteran issues, housing stability strategies, and supportive services. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Salary Salary is based on experience and qualifications. This position may be offered as either a salaried or hourly contract role.
