Provide case management and lead groups in Substance Abuse Treatment Program. Successfully manage caseload and coordinate services for up to 50 patients. Provide individual counseling with excellent record keeping Familiar with Person-Centered Planning and Comprehensive Clinical Assessment Participate in on-site Clinical Supervision on a weekly basis Qualifications Experience conducting individual therapy and client assessments for substance use disorders Proficiency in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and crisis intervention Competence with EMR/EHR documentation, HIPAA compliance, and clinical record-keeping Ability to develop patient-centered treatment planning and progress notes; familiarity with co-occurring disorders Knowledge of data collection, CPT/ICD coding, and documentation standards; strong patient care and direct client services Skills in motivational interviewing, psychotherapy, and group therapy as applicable Summary As an LCAS, you will deliver individualized therapy and substance use disorder treatment, focusing on client assessment, behavioral interventions, and patient-centered care. Reporting to a clinical supervisor, you will conduct assessments, document progress, and coordinate care within EMR/EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA and clinical documentation standards. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis, motivational interviewing, and group or individual therapy will support clients with co-occurring disorders and diverse backgrounds. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practices to promote recovery and functional outcomes.
