The Lead Psychotherapist will provide clinical behavioral-health services while supporting clinical quality and coordination across the IMHS team. Responsibilities include clinical case management, crisis response, standardized chart reviews, clinical meetings, coordination with clinical/nonclinical case managers, Help Line rotation, and Acting Director coverage when required. Candidates must hold a current independent North Carolina LCSW, LCMHC/LPC-equivalent, or LMFT license , maintain professional liability insurance, and possess at least three years of applicable post-licensure clinical behavioral-health experience. Experience must support work involving individuals, couples and/or families and behavioral-health concerns identified by the IMHS requirement. Current certification/licensure in evidence-based treatment for psychological trauma is required. This position is contingent upon federal contract award . Qualified candidates may be asked to provide documentation supporting PWS qualifications and sign a contingent Letter of Intent.
