Saddle Brook Counseling Center - Saddle Brook, NJContract / Part-Time | Evening IOP Saddle Brook Counseling Center is seeking an experienced, fully licensed clinician to join our team as a Contract IOP Group Facilitator. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders and will be comfortable facilitating structured, engaging clinical groups in an intensive outpatient setting. Responsibilities Facilitate evening IOP groups for adults receiving substance use disorder and/or primary mental health treatment. Provide clinically appropriate, engaging, and structured group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches. Address substance use, mental health, relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, relationships, life skills, and other clinically appropriate topics. Complete group notes and all required clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Maintain appropriate professional and clinical boundaries with clients. Monitor client participation, progress, behavior, and clinical concerns during groups. Communicate relevant clinical information and concerns to the treatment team. Participate in treatment-team communication and clinical coordination as necessary. Maintain compliance with all applicable state, licensing, ethical, and organizational requirements. Help maintain a supportive, professional, recovery-oriented treatment environment. Qualifications Current, unrestricted New Jersey clinical license required. Fully licensed clinician such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, or other appropriate independent New Jersey clinical license. Experience treating substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and/or co-occurring disorders strongly preferred. Prior experience facilitating therapy groups, particularly at the IOP/PHP level, strongly preferred. Strong group-management and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage clients while maintaining appropriate clinical structure and boundaries. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Familiarity with addiction recovery and 12-Step programs is valued but not required. Schedule This is a contract/part-time evening position. Saddle Brook Counseling Center's evening programming operates 6:00 PM-9:00 PM, with specific evenings and number of groups determined based on program needs and clinician availability. Position Type Independent Contractor / 1099Part-Time - Evening Hours We are looking for a clinician who can do more than simply lead a curriculum. The right person should be able to connect with clients, facilitate meaningful clinical discussion, manage group dynamics effectively, and create an environment in which clients are actively engaged in treatment.

Pay:

$180.00 - $250.00 per day
