Case Manager At The Best Treatment Scranton- our mission is to provide quality and individualist substance abuse treatment at all levels of care. Our employees are the heart of our company and we look forward to the new addition! We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Case Manager. Competitive Compensation Responsibilities for this position include: Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff. Assists with FMLA, STD, Cobra, Legal Issues, etc. Participates in daily clinical staffing. Completes and assists with the initial intake of new admissions and conducts daily orientation for new admission. Coordinates discharge planning upon completion of guest's treatment. Completes initial and follow up assessments on every guest. Resolves conflicts through general and supportive advice. Maintains open communication line with facility staff, attending physicians and families.
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ yrs. old Pass pre-employment drug screen
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
