We Offer Starting at $40 per session hour, with opportunity for growth 1099 independent contractor position Flexible scheduling In-person and telehealth services Caseload and referral support Opportunity to build a sustainable caseload Insurance credentialing and NPI guidance User-friendly electronic medical record system Support with documentation and clinical record requirements Clinical guidance and support when needed Your Role Provide individual psychotherapy within your scope of practice Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Follow HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards Build and maintain a manageable caseload

Qualifications:

Licensed as an LCSW or currently registered as an RCSWI in Florida Master's-level social worker with appropriate credentials Professional, dependable, and responsible Able to work independently while communicating appropriately with the practice Open to continued learning and professional development Interested in providing quality therapy over simply building a high-volume caseload Comfortable providing services to clients across different age groups Clinical Supervision for RCSWIs Clinical supervision is available in-house to RCSWIs and is optional. In house supervision is individualized clinical guidance, mentorship, and support from a Qualified Supervisor. This includes case consultation, assessment and treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, documentation, ethics, boundaries, and development of sound clinical judgment to develop clinical skills and work towards independent licensure. The goal is to provide a supportive learning environment while allowing the RCSWI to develop a manageable and sustainable caseload.
