Part-time Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our group practice and help us accomplish our mission as a company. That mission is to provide quality therapy and wellness services. We help clients take steps towards authentically connecting with themselves and those they love. Our goal is to help clients grow towards their best self. Currently we are fully remote with plans to transition to a hybrid schedule in the future. Does this sound like you? Responsibilities:
Counsels individuals, couples, or groups Discusses progress toward goals with client Attend weekly team meeting (virtual at this time) Offer client availability M-F Must be able to offer late evening appointments 2-3 times per week (5pm-7pm) or Saturday availability Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments Record and maintain adequate notes in EHR system Submit records, reports, and assignments promptly and efficiently within legal timelines Process client payment When required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance Completion of mandated reporter training prior to start of client work Community Outreach Equipment needed cell phone strong internet connection
Qualifications:
Must be fully licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) and hold a valid license in the State of California. Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field 1+ years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with clients One-year experience in similar role setting Specialization (a plus) Familiarity with EHR systems (a plus) Credentialed on insurance panels (a plus, not required) Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000/$3,000,000 (required) Ability to work with adults, children and couples Must be able to see 18-20 clients per week Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements for the provision of mental health services and programs Must be able to communicate verbally and written in a prompt, professional and positive manner Intermediate knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen Solid relationship-building capabilities A positive and compassionate attitude Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field Passion for advancing the therapy field. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Compensation:
Starting pay will be $55.00-$60.00 per Clinical hour (this is per session; Clinician will be compensated at non-clinical rate for no-show or late cancellations). Compensation for non-clinical time will be $23.00 per hour. Non-clinical duties include attending and supporting practice related events including but not limited to in person and online workshops and webinars, community events, etc.

Laptop Access to EHR system Training in EHR Comprehensive administrative support (i.e., scheduling of new clients, call answering service and forwarding of messages for new and existing clients) Digital Marketing via practice's social media outlets and website
