to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, improve their well-being, and achieve their personal goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct patient care and innovative therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. Responsibilities •
COMPLETE STATE REQUIRED TRAININGS
•Deliver individual and family case management sessions using Skills Training/Development and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services activities. Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health emergencies effectively and ensure patient safety. Maintain accurate medical documentation and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; utilize medical terminology proficiently for clear communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans and coordinate care for patients in outpatient or inpatient settings. Skills Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to foster patient engagement and motivation for change. Strong background in child & family case management, pediatrics, geriatrics, and working with people with disabilities. Skilled in crisis management, behavior management strategies, and crisis intervention protocols. Ability to work effectively within medical records systems while maintaining strict confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills for conducting intake interviews, patient education, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
