This position is responsible for coordinating patient cases from initial referral through completion of treatment while maintaining clear and timely communication between patients, medical providers, attorneys/law firms, and internal staff . The ideal candidate must have prior experience in medical and/or legal case management , preferably working with personal injury cases , and must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities The Bilingual Medical-Legal Case Manager will oversee patient cases from initial referral through completion of treatment, coordinating appointments, diagnostic testing, follow-ups, medical records, LOPs, and other case documentation. The role requires consistent communication and follow-up with patients, attorneys, law firms, medical providers, and clinical staff to ensure treatment plans stay on track and all parties receive timely case updates. Applicants must have previous medical and/or legal case management experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish . Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, particularly involving medical offices, law firms, LOPs, medical records, billing, or treatment coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable , with the ability to independently manage multiple active cases, deadlines, and confidential information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

From $20.00 per hour
