•CLINICAL
SUPERVISION FOR LICENSURE PROVIDED
•Valley Community Services Board (VCSB) is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Outpatient Services team. Benefits Health insurance as low as $40/month for individuals. Family and dependent plans are also available. Sign-on bonus of $2,500. Salary range from $53,260.88 - $58,506.82. 14 paid holidays. Accrue up to 20 days of paid time off (PTO) per year from year one. PTO is immediately available upon accrual. Participation in the Virginia Retirement System. Professional development assistance provided. Essential Functions Provide same day access intakes for
SA/MH/COD
adult clients and children; and adult MH and S group and/or individual therapy. Maintains an average of 65% direct service. Assists with referral monitoring for Outpatient program services. Demonstrates knowledge and skills in the areas of crisis and counseling interventions, case management, treatment of co-occurring disorders, and discharge planning. Provides crisis stabilization, as needed, and knowledge of emergency services. Conducts mental health and substance use evaluations via intake interviews as necessary, evaluates treatment needs and develops treatment plans. Administers SA screenings (ASAM); TB screening; UDS and other instruments as needed. Maintains effective working relationships with coworkers, consumers and staff of outside agencies based on courtesy, compassion and respect. Actively participates in clinical and administrative supervision. Complies with client rights and confidentiality policies, licensure regulations, and Medicaid regulations as applicable. Meets documentation requirements and maintains records in accordance with agency standards. Minimum Requirements Master's degree in counseling or social work or related field. Active license or license-eligible as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or CSAC. Preferred Qualifications Credible (EHR) experience Valley Community Services Board is an equal employment opportunity employer.
