Job Description
Lead technical assistance for HIE participants and EHR software vendors to implement, improve, and troubleshoot clinical data integrations. Maintain and monitor technical infrastructure and platform stability across InterSystems HealthShare, SAS, and clinical portal environments. Manage change orders, bug fixes, enhancements, and operational maintenance for the enterprise clinical portal. Develop complex SQL and SAS data queries to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), data validation, transformation, and outbound analytics. Monitor ETL (extract, transform, load) job streams, verify data extracts, and build custom business/clinical analysis reports. Enforce healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA), data governance, and data standards across all HL7 v2, C-CDA, and HIE workflows.
