SQL Clinical Data Analyst
Location:
Denver preferred; remote anywhere in the U.S.
Schedule:
In office Tuesday-Thursday during the second full week of each month
Contract:
12 months, with potential for extension
Work Authorization:
US Citizens or Green Card Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior SQL Clinical Data Analyst to support clinical applications, metric frameworks, and complex healthcare data workflows. This role partners with clinical product and operations teams to build scalable analytics and improve clinical reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models.
Lead reporting and validation for key clinical metrics and workflows.
Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions and analysis.
Automate Key Result (KR) reporting and reduce manual processes.
Perform data quality checks, peer reviews, and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
Advanced SQL skills and strong GCP/BigQuery experience.
Understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data, and clinical quality metrics.
Python and ETL scripting experience is a strong plus.
