Full-Time Join a Team That Puts Patients First! Senior Care Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RCD / Orders Coordinator to join our growing home health team. This role is responsible for managing physician orders, ensuring timely documentation, and supporting regulatory compliance to keep patient care moving efficiently. Responsibilities Process, track, and manage physician orders in a timely manner. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission. Follow up with physicians' offices to obtain signed orders and required documentation. Ensure compliance with Medicare, RCD, and agency requirements. Maintain accurate records within the EMR system. Communicate with clinicians, intake staff, and physicians to resolve documentation issues. Monitor outstanding orders and prioritize completion to support timely billing and patient care. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Previous home health experience required. Experience with RCD, physician orders, or medical records. Knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and documentation requirements. Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or a similar EMR. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
