Estate Planning Attorney | Palm Beach, FL A highly respected law firm in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join its sophisticated Trusts & Estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has built their career working with high-net-worth clients and enjoys sophisticated estate planning and extensive drafting. What You'll Do Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies Draft and review complex wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Assist with wealth transfer, asset protection, tax planning, and business succession matters Work closely with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors Develop customized estate planning strategies based on clients' personal, financial, and business objectives Handle matters with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with an experienced Trusts & Estates team What We're Looking For 5-7 years of estate planning experience LL.M. in Taxation required Significant experience representing high-net-worth individuals and families Extensive experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents Strong understanding of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concepts Excellent legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills Active Florida Bar admission Why Join Sophisticated high-net-worth Trusts & Estates practice Opportunity to work on complex and meaningful estate planning matters Strong professional support and collaborative environment Excellent platform for continued career growth Long-term opportunity with a highly respected Palm Beach firm If you're an experienced estate planning attorney with an LL.M. in Taxation and a strong HNW background, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
