Integration Engineer responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise document management solutions across OpenText Content Server and SAP environments. Job Requirements Experience developing and customizing OpenText Content Server and xECM integrated solutions Experience configuring, deploying, and operationalizing OpenText as an enterprise document management platform Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation Experience documenting SAP design and configuration Experience designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise integrations Experience with data flow diagramming Experience with workflow automation Experience with data synchronization Experience configuring business workspaces Knowledge of large-scale secure system architecture Experience with platform health monitoring and failover configurations Experience with load balancing Knowledge of firewall configuration Experience with packet size optimization Knowledge of TLS, IPsec, and related security protocols Experience with REST APIs and CMIS connections Experience using Postman for API testing and scripting Windows Server administration experience SQL Server database management experience Preferred Skills Experience with AI enablement within enterprise content management platforms Experience supporting enterprise-wide OpenText environments Experience integrating OpenText xECM with SAP business processes Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery architectures Experience with enterprise security and network integration standards Job Responsibilities Develop and customize OpenText Content Server and xECM solutions Configure and deploy enterprise document management functionality Integrate OpenText xECM with SAP systems and business processes Design data flows and integration architectures Develop workflow automation and data synchronization processes Configure and maintain OpenText business workspaces Develop and test REST API and CMIS integrations Use Postman to validate and troubleshoot API integrations Support platform health monitoring, load balancing, and failover configurations Configure and troubleshoot firewall and network connectivity requirements Optimize packet sizes and integration performance Implement and maintain TLS, IPsec, and related security controls Administer Windows Server environments supporting OpenText solutions Manage SQL Server databases supporting enterprise content management applications Support SAP implementation activities related to document management integrations Maintain technical design, configuration, and integration documentation Support AI-enabled capabilities within the OpenText environment
