Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Epic Referrals Senior Analyst to join a large healthcare organization's ambulatory access and patient scheduling team. This individual will serve as a senior-level Epic build resource supporting referral workflows, scheduling optimization, online scheduling initiatives, and patient access improvements across multiple ambulatory specialties. The analyst will partner closely with operational leaders and scheduling teams to optimize referral processes, enhance MyChart scheduling functionality, improve provider scheduling workflows, and support enterprise access initiatives. This person must be comfortable working independently with minimal ramp-up while serving as a subject matter expert for Epic Referrals and ambulatory scheduling workflows.
