Administrative Records Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Retrieve and prepare records for state and federal audits. Scan, organize, and upload electronic and paper records to SharePoint. Review and process program documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepare and process client eligibility notices and maintain accurate administrative records. Respond to and follow up on eligibility-related inquiries. Coordinate documentation and reporting with internal departments and external partners. Maintain program waiting lists and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Perform additional administrative support duties as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. At least one year of professional administrative support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working with databases and spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. IND 2
