Job Description
We are looking to hire two (2) Clinical Application Analysts for the same team. Job Summary Under minimal supervision, responds to requests from users for new or modified systems. This may involve planning, designing, and analyzing various programs or software. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures for single departmental changes, define system requirements and determine programming and/or application functional requirements. Recommends technical and procedural design for new or revised applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines. Upon approval, may perform work on the masterfile. May write documentation to describe application changes for program development and corrections. Competent to work in most phases of application systems analysis but may require guidance in others. Essential Functions Lead the onboarding, implementation, testing, and ongoing operational support of new and existing clinical applications. Meet with customers to document current processes and translate needs into application functional requirements. Coordinate application onboarding across governance, security, and infrastructure, ensuring change management policies and procedures are consistently applied. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, database, integration, and workflow issues, often with limited documentation or historical knowledge. Develop and maintain application documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, implementation plans, and technical specifications. Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and technical support groups during implementations, upgrades, and issue resolution. Participate in incident management and root cause analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and application optimization that enhance user experience and efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for assigned applications and workflows, providing end-user consultation, training, and support across the application lifecycle.
