Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Seasonal Clinical Analyst opportunity (Remote CST or EST. Responsibilities for Seasonal Clinical Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments based on business priorities and available inventory.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards tracking productivity, outreach volume, quality performance, gap closure, and key metrics.
  • Perform data analysis and quality assurance reviews to identify data integrity issues, reporting errors, and process defects.
  • Use Excel and Alteryx to extract, transform, validate, automate, and report operational data.
  • Prepare leadership reporting packages, process documentation (SOPs, workflows, process maps), and recommend process improvement opportunities. Candidates for Seasonal Clinical Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • 1+ year of HEDIS® experience or experience with similar healthcare regulatory reporting programs.
  • 2+ years of Business Analytics or Clinical Analytics experience.
  • 2+ years of process improvement experience supporting operational initiatives.
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, data validation, dashboards).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. What's in this Seasonal Clinical Analyst position for you?

    Pay Details:
