KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training and Support Assist with training office and central support teams on new systems, workflows, and revenue cycle processes. Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and documentation. Provide ongoing support to practices during and after implementations. Software Conversion and Implementation Support practice management system conversions, including system setup, testing, validation, and go-live activities. Assist with data migration, workflow configuration, and issue resolution during implementations. Help standardize implementation processes and documentation across practices. Analytics and Reporting Prepare and maintain revenue cycle reports and KPI dashboards. Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for workflow improvements. Assist in tracking key metrics such as accounts receivable, collections, denials, and cash flow. Project Coordination Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication with internal teams and practice locations. Track implementation milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or a related field. Experience supporting practice management systems or software implementations preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience creating documentation, reports, or training materials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools preferred.
