As an experienced Epic Willow IP Configuration Expert, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model ( PDM ) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. Work you'll do/Responsibilities + This resource will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support + This role will perform analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software + This role prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements + This role will review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application + This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application + This role provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care + On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization Recruiting for this role ends on Thursday, December 31st, 2026.
