Kansas City, MO, 64116 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
EXPERIENCED
Billing Coordinator to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner. Review billing data and resolve discrepancies or errors. Maintain billing records and documentation for auditing purposes. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy. Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues and provide excellent customer service. Assist in month-end and year-end billing processes and reporting. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. Support process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related roles. Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
