CST or EST Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments based on operational priorities and work inventories.

Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track productivity, outreach activity, quality performance, gap closure, and operational metrics.

Analyze data and perform quality assurance reviews to identify discrepancies, reporting issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Utilize Excel and Alteryx to extract, transform, validate, automate, and report operational data.

Monitor data integrity and ensure accuracy across reporting and assignment processes.

Prepare leadership-ready reports and presentations that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Identify performance trends and recommend process improvements through analytical review.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, workflow diagrams, business rules, and reporting requirements.

Collaborate with operational teams, analysts, supervisors, managers, and leadership to implement reporting enhancements and workflow improvements.

Support healthcare quality initiatives, regulatory reporting activities, and operational performance management programs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum one (1) year of experience supporting HEDIS® or similar healthcare regulatory reporting programs.

Minimum two (2) years of Business Analytics, Clinical Analytics, or Healthcare Analytics experience.

Minimum two (2) years of process improvement experience.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and databases.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Alteryx for data transformation, automation, ETL processes, and workflow development.

Experience supporting:

HEDIS®Stars ProgramsQuality Improvement InitiativesRegulatory Reporting ProgramsExperience developing automated reporting solutions and dashboards.

Healthcare operations, clinical operations, or population health analytics experience.

Business intelligence and operational reporting experience.
