Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and research industry, is seeking a Data Quality Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • Pay Range:
  • $68.00 per hour to $70.00 per hour
  • What's the Job?
  • + Lead the management of study life-cycle activities across complex clinical studies, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
+ Design and implement innovative data management solutions aligned with F.A.I.R. principles to enhance data accessibility and usability. + Partner with external vendors, CROs, and internal teams to oversee data transfer agreements and ensure standards are met. + Conduct high-level data reviews using visualization and statistical tools to identify outliers and anomalies, maintaining data integrity. + Provide expert guidance on best practices for data collection, including new data types and emerging technologies, to support research objectives.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, life sciences, statistics, informatics, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
+ At least 5 years of experience in clinical data management, with proficiency in CRF design and query resolution. + Strong knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, CDISC standards, and regulated environments adhering to ICH-GCP. + Experience managing complex study teams and overseeing all phases of clinical data management. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
