Start:
ASAP Overview Harris Health System is seeking an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst to support its Community Connect program, providing ongoing maintenance and support build for affiliate organizations on the Epic platform.
This is a backfill role:
the previous consultant was highly effective specifically because of strong relationship-building with Community Connect affiliates, so Harris Health is prioritizing an analyst who combines strong technical build skills with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills. What Harris Health Requires Epic Grand Central and Epic Prelude certifications (required) Prior experience supporting an Epic Community Connect program (required) Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills — this role works directly with affiliate organizations and their staff, and affiliate satisfaction is a key success measure Availability to start immediately Responsibilities Provide maintenance and support build in Grand Central (ADT/registration workflows) and Prelude (registration/scheduling build) for the Community Connect program Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues raised by Community Connect affiliates in a timely, professional manner Serve as a trusted point of contact for affiliate organizations, building and maintaining strong working relationships Partner with Harris Health's Epic application teams and affiliate site staff to gather requirements, scope build/support changes, and validate results Document build decisions, support tickets, and workflow changes in accordance with Harris Health change management standards Participate in testing and validation of builds prior to migration to production Communicate status, issues, and timelines clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Skills & Qualifications Certified in Epic Grand Central and Epic Prelude (required) Demonstrated experience supporting a live Community Connect environment and its affiliate model Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to build affiliate/stakeholder trust Solid understanding of registration, scheduling, and ADT workflows in a hospital/health system setting Comfortable working independently in a remote support role with periodic on-site travel to affiliate sites Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Certifications Epic Grand Central Certification (required, listed here for emphasis) Epic Prelude Certification (required, listed here for emphasis) Epic Cadence Certification (a plus, given overlap with registration/scheduling workflows)
