The Epic Credentialed Trainer (multiple modules desired) will function in a self-directed manner which includes the ability to conduct training classes, provide instruction on various technical topics, and coordinate educational projects within the health system. Including the development of new training materials and modification of existing training materials.

Additional responsibilities include:

Conduct training classes and provide instruction on various technical topics. Analyze workflows and help develop education/training material. Ensure training materials and documentation is current and effective. Help to write, design, edit, and maintain documentation and training materials. Explain complex information to non-technical audiences. This person should to have a solid background with inpatient and ambulatory. Experience training multiple clinical application would be nice that includes: OpTime and Anesthesia. Certification is not a requirement but would be a plus. Not looking for Cadence or scheduling/billing at this time. The role includes the ability to conduct training classes and provide instruction on various technical topics. Additionally, the person will be responsible for the assisting with the development of training materials and modification of existing training materials.

This is a hybrid position with some remote training available approximately 20% remote. Candidate should be local to the Lancaster, PA area (within 1 hour).

Additional requirements:

Remote / online classroom presentation experience Knowledge of Epic hyperdrive version, specifically inpatient and ambulatory Ability to interact with all levels of physician practice personnel to include: IT management staff, consulting staff, clinicians, clinical administrators, business administrators, etc. Expert verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills Knowledge of healthcare operations and the use of information system applications in the practicing healthcare environment. High level of competency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong customer service orientation Able to function as part of a team providing a high level of quality service to users

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience

EXPERIENCE

Minimum two years of clinical experience (preferred). Prior experience with training electronic health records systems in a classroom setting

REQUIRED

: Knowledge of EPIC Ambulatory and Inpatient that includes actual classroom training . Not Go-Live.

PREFERRED

Additional Epic clinical modules to include OpTime/Anesthesia.
