Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to provide short-term coverage for a team member on leave. This is a 100% remote, 3-month contract engagement expected to run from approximately October 1 through January 1. This position requires a seasoned analyst who can quickly integrate into the team, support ongoing operational work, and contribute immediately with minimal training or ramp-up time. The ideal candidate will have extensive Epic build experience, strong production support expertise, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume workload. Experience supporting Epic Beacon and PACE is highly preferred, particularly as the organization is currently undergoing a significant PACE redesign initiative. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications within a production healthcare environment. Perform Epic build, configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and break/fix support. Respond to operational requests and quick-turnaround system updates. Partner with operational and clinical stakeholders to address enhancement requests and workflow issues. Support existing Beacon and PACE team members by assisting with ongoing maintenance activities and application support. Contribute to system stability, issue resolution, and application performance improvements. Manage workload independently while maintaining quality and responsiveness. Assist with PACE-related initiatives and redesign efforts when applicable.

Compensation:

$75/hr to 80/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start day 1 of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
