Job Description We are seeking an experienced Epic consultant with strong expertise in Referrals, Authorizations, Prelude, and EMPA integrations to support a healthcare client engagement. This individual will primarily partner with the Prelude and Referrals teams to configure, validate, and test workflows while also serving as a subject matter expert for EMPA integration troubleshooting and workflow optimization. Collaborate with Referrals, Authorization, and Prelude teams to support workflow design, validation, and optimization. Configure, test, and troubleshoot Epic workflows related to patient access, referrals, and authorizations. Serve as the primary resource supporting Prelude and Referrals initiatives while coordinating with existing Epic vendor resources focused on the authorization side. Analyze and resolve workflow exceptions, integration issues, and outlier scenarios involving EMPA. Support end-to-end testing efforts, including workflow validation, integration testing, and issue resolution. Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to ensure workflows align with business requirements. Document configuration decisions, testing outcomes, and recommended process improvements.
