These resources will work directly with providers, nurses, medical assistants, and clinical staff to provide real-time support within Epic workflows during the go-live period. • Epic experience required.
• Experience working in an Urgent Care, Ambulatory, Outpatient, or Physician Practice setting.
• Prior At-The-Elbow support or Epic go-live experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support clinicians in a live care environment.
• Comfortable walking the floor and providing direct user support.
• Credentialed Epic Trainer
