Job Description We are seeking 10 Clinical Data Entry Specialists to support a major healthcare organization's Phase 3 Epic Go-Live initiative. This project is focused on integrating newly acquired clinics and ensuring accurate migration of patient information into Epic. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with Epic workflows. You will play a key role in abstracting patient records, converting schedules, and ensuring critical clinical data is accurately transferred into the new system. Responsibilities Enter and validate patient information within Epic Abstract clinical records and transfer data into the new system Review, organize, and migrate patient data during system conversion Support patient scheduling and schedule conversion activities Assist with patient registration and demographic updates Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all patient information Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure successful Epic go-live support Maybe under responsibilities add: Follow established data migration, privacy, and compliance procedures. Support provider schedule build validation and appointment reconciliation activities.
