Chat with Marissa Zorzin at We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst - Epic Grand Central to support and optimize our Epic scheduling and patient access solutions. In this role, you will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure reliable, efficient scheduling workflows that enhance the patient and caregiver experience. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing scheduling and patient access workflows, ensuring system reliability, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support access to care across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency. Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
Experience:
At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Certifications:
Epic Grand Central certification is required. Strong analytical and problem solving experience Strong understanding of scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows Experience gathering requirements and working directly with operational stakeholders Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly Why Bellin Health?
