Evo Dental Milling and Design is a small, state-of-the-art digital laboratory in Anchorage, Alaska, serving a 4-doctor general dentistry practice and located on-site in a single-provider full-arch implant center adjacent to the 4-doc office. We are currently serving both practices with our two technicians. We are seeking an Organized laboratory manager to maintain proper scheduling and ensure quality control. Responsibilities would be using LabNext software to keep a consistent worflow and bill the practices. We would prefer someone who can add ceramics (layered porcelain, emax, veneers) to our list of services as well. Opportunities for growth and bonuses based on lab profitability and growth.

Duties:

Design and production of dental restorations, including full-arch and single-unit implants, basic crown and bridge, printed and milled dentures. Managing two junior lab techs. Billing and lab organization. CAD/CAM and milling however our existing techs can do that.

Pay:

From $55,000.00 per year
