Duties Supervise daily laboratory activities, ensuring all molecular testing procedures meet strict quality control and quality assurance standards. Oversee specimen collection, processing, and analysis, including blood banking, venipuncture, and blood sampling techniques. Manage laboratory workflows using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and document management systems to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Lead a team of laboratory technologists and technicians by providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth. Ensure compliance with CLIA regulations, laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and accreditation standards across all operations. Coordinate assay development and validation for clinical chemistry, hematology, immunoassays, flow cytometry, and other specialized tests. Maintain laboratory equipment such as medical analyzers and phlebotomy devices while troubleshooting technical issues promptly. Implement quality management practices including QA/QC processes to uphold the integrity of all laboratory tests performed. Facilitate communication with clinical staff regarding test results interpretation while ensuring adherence to medical terminology standards. Oversee inventory management of reagents and supplies necessary for molecular assays and routine laboratory functions. Monitor schedule management for staff shifts to ensure continuous coverage while maintaining high productivity levels. Experience Proven research laboratory experience with a focus on molecular techniques such as

PCR, RNA

extraction, DNA isolation, ELISA, immunoassays, and flow cytometry. Extensive medical laboratory work experience in clinical or hospital settings with knowledge of clinical chemistry, hematology, blood banking, and specimen processing. Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in a regulated laboratory environment with responsibilities for staff training and performance oversight. Familiarity with CLIA regulations, laboratory compliance management, and accreditation standards is essential. Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), document management systems, and data collection tools is highly preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology as well as clinical supervision skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
