Job Description

The hospital also offers world-class orthopedics, minimally invasive robotic surgery, life-saving emergency care, stroke treatment, labor & delivery, and so much more. Responsibilities In this role the Laboratory Supervisor will perform the following duties: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Laboratory Department to ensure efficient workflow and quality service. Provides leadership and operational support while maintaining a high level of clinical expertise in laboratory testing and results. Promotes effective communication and strong working relationships among the Laboratory, physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital departments. Collaborates closely with the Laboratory Director to implement and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and daily operations. Supports the delivery of accurate, timely laboratory services while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
