Min USD $51.87/Hr. Max USD $82.99/Hr. Overview Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Director of Laboratory to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Core Laboratory departments. This role is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished laboratory leader who is passionate about quality, team development, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional patient care. Position Overview The Director of Laboratory plans, organizes, and directs the administrative and clinical operations of the Core Laboratory departments. This leader is responsible for ensuring laboratory services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Medical Director and other organizational leaders, the Director oversees laboratory operations while supporting a culture focused on quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

Memorial HR Qualifications Education:
- BS or BA in Medical Technology or related field.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- Certification as a medical technologist, MT (ASCP) or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Ten or more years working experience in all phases of laboratory medicine with at least five years supervisory/management experience in a highly complex laboratory required.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication/guest relation skills.
- Working knowledge of laboratory information systems required.
