Your Leadership in Action Provide strategic and operational leadership for regional laboratory services, aligning goals and initiatives with the Munson Healthcare strategic plan.
Oversee clinical and operational functions across regional laboratories, ensuring high-quality patient specimen collection, testing services, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, monitor productivity and resource utilization, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
Lead quality, performance improvement, and customer service initiatives, driving continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
Advance laboratory services by evaluating emerging technologies, implementing new testing capabilities, maintaining policies and procedures, and fostering effective communication and collaboration across all laboratory teams and shifts.
QualificationsWhat's Required Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science) or a related healthcare or science field.
ASCP certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
Prior supervisory or management experience preferredCandidates with an associate degree, 10 years of laboratory experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory/coordinator experience may be considered. A bachelor's degree and ASCP certification must be obtained within 3 years of hire.
