Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Tech IV for a long-term contract opportunity in Browning, Montana. This assignment is ideal for a laboratory professional with strong technical expertise, prior supervisory experience, and flexibility to support changing departmental scheduling needs. Responsibilities Perform and oversee laboratory testing according to established procedures and quality standards. Support daily laboratory operations, specimen processing, testing, documentation, and quality control. Provide guidance and operational support to laboratory staff. Assist with workflow coordination, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient laboratory operations. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Relevant laboratory education, certification, and/or licensure as required for the position. Previous supervisory laboratory experience required. Strong clinical laboratory experience and knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality standards. Must have open and flexible schedule availability . Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
