Director Full-Time Day Shift Community-Based Hospital Position Highlights:

Lead and manage all laboratory staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions. Oversee and sign off on completed lab reports, ensuring compliance with CLIA and state regulatory standards. Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Medical Technology or a related field. ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent) required.
