Days | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role: Lead daily clinical operations and resource allocation to ensure seamless patient flow and a safe, supportive care environment. Empower and develop clinical staff through tailored scheduling, onboarding, and continuous skills training to build a highly capable care team. Drive quality improvement initiatives by leading targeted assurance studies that proactively resolve care bottlenecks and elevate clinical outcomes. Serve as the primary clinical expert for staff and external partners, offering compassionate guidance on patient care standards, policies, and best practices. Safeguard departmental compliance with regulatory standards to maintain the highest levels of safety, accreditation, and patient trust. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
