Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week) 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Every other weekend rotation Rotating holidays No on-call or floating required

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Previous experience within an emergency room setting (RN-ER) Strong clinical assessment, triage, and documentation skills Proven ability to excel in high-pressure situations and collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team Up-to-date BLS, ACLS, and other relevant certifications Compassionate patient-centered care approach

Responsibilities:

Rapidly assess, triage, and initiate care for patients experiencing acute or life-threatening conditions Administer medications, intravenous infusions, and advanced treatments as directed Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during stressful situations Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare professionals within the emergency department Adhere to department policies and evidenced-based best practices for safe, effective patient care
