A Clinical Laboratory Scientist analyzes samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes within a medical laboratory or healthcare facility. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Parking is free Responsibilities Conduct various laboratory tests including clinical chemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunoassays, and molecular diagnostics such asPCR, RNA
extraction, and DNA isolation. Operate and maintain medical laboratory equipment with precision, ensuring proper calibration and quality control. Collect, process, and analyze specimens using aseptic techniques while adhering to safety protocols. Manage laboratory data accurately within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIS) and ensure proper documentation for compliance. Perform blood banking procedures including venipuncture, phlebotomy, and blood sampling while maintaining patient safety. Implement laboratory quality control protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. Interpret diagnostic test results such as CT scans, flow cytometry data, and immunoassays for clinical relevance. Assist in clinical trials or research laboratory projects by following standardized procedures for specimen handling and data analysis. Maintain compliance with CLIA regulations and hospital policies related to laboratory operations. Support laboratory management tasks including inventory control, specimen processing, and workflow optimization.Pay:
