Direct supervision of employees involved in pre-analytical and analytical test performance is required. Responsible for ensuring, through teaching, quality control, instrument maintenance, and inventory control, that the quality of technical performance in their particular specialty is maintained at a consistently high level at all times: Performs technical competency/verification of training assessment for each staff member.
