A Clinical Laboratory Scientist analyzes samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes within a medical laboratory or healthcare facility. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Role Overview As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Coordinator , you will lead daily laboratory operations while ensuring high-quality diagnostic services, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and leading daily laboratory operations, including scheduling and supervisory responsibilities Prioritizing, delegating, and overseeing all phases of the laboratory process Ensuring adherence to all laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards Overseeing quality assurance and quality management programs and addressing process deviations Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and system-wide requirements, including proficiency testing Leading staff education, training, and competency validation Serving as a mentor, trainer, and resource for laboratory team members Assisting with data collection and monitoring to support laboratory performance goals
Supporting operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of a manager or supervisor
Qualifications Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Biological Science OR a related Clinical Science field
Experience Required:
4 Years of Clinical laboratory experience Licensure /
Certification Required:
