This contract is set for 24 weeks, with the potential for an extension.

Schedule:

6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. shifts 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

Must be a Medical Technologist (MT); Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) cannot be considered Certification from one of the following: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology), AMT (American Medical Technologists), or AAB (American Association of Bioanalysts) State of Florida laboratory license required College diploma or official transcripts must be provided with application Well-rounded skill set as a generalist; prior experience covering multiple core laboratory disciplines is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, immunology, urinalysis, and microbiology Analyze, verify, and report laboratory results accurately within required time frames Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment Adhere strictly to laboratory protocols for quality control and safety Collaborate with other medical and laboratory staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care
