A Clinical Laboratory Scientist analyzes samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes within a medical laboratory or healthcare facility. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Job Description
- Hemostasis/Coagulation to support a growing team within a leading laboratory diagnostics organization.
- Provide clinical and technical expertise related to hemostasis and coagulation laboratory systems.
- Deliver on-site customer training for laboratory personnel.
- Support implementation, validation, and optimization of laboratory workflows.
- Troubleshoot clinical and operational challenges within laboratory environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption of laboratory solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to laboratory leadership and staff regarding best practices in coagulation testing.
- Travel extensively to customer locations throughout assigned territory.

- MLS (Medical Laboratory Scientist) or MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) certification.
- 10+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
- Strong background in hematology and hemostasis/coagulation testing.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting coagulation laboratory instrumentation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%.
