Schedule:

Midnight shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00

AM Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline required. National certification from a recognized certifying agency (ASCP or NCA). BLS certification. Minimum of 2-3 years' recent, relevant experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician. Hands-on experience with Beckman Coulter platforms, especially AU system proficiency, strongly preferred. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced laboratory environment. Familiarity with standard clinical laboratory procedures and demonstrated accuracy in specimen handling. Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze laboratory samples according to established procedures, ensuring precise and timely results. Operate and maintain Beckman Coulter laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as needed. Perform quality assurance and control procedures to uphold compliance and laboratory standards. Accurately document and report results, collaborating closely with clinical teams for patient care. Adhere to all laboratory policies, OSHA regulations, and safety guidelines. Participate in continuing education and competency assessments as required.
