Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology Verify and communicate laboratory results to physicians and medical staff Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments according to established protocols Adhere strictly to quality assurance and safety standards within the lab environment Document and report lab findings accurately and promptly Support ongoing laboratory operations and process improvements as needed
