What You'll Do:
Perform, interpret, and correlate clinical laboratory procedures in a prompt, accurate, and reliable manner Correlate test results with diagnosis, and question incompatible results; correlate laboratory methods, procedures, and patient test results with age-specific population criteria, i.e. geriatrics, adults, pediatrics, and neonates Demonstrate broad knowledge of all laboratory departments, supplies, equipment, and departmental policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution Internship in a hospital laboratory Successful completion of the registration exam of a nationally recognized licensing agency, i.e.
ASCP, NCA, ASCLT
Excellent analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Detail-oriented and organizational skills Good manual dexterity and good color vision
Preferred:
