Full-time | Part-time Position Summary Valley Day & Night Clinic is seeking a motivated and compassionate
LMRT/NCT
to join our family medicine team. This dual-role position combines diagnostic imaging, medical assisting, and patient care responsibilities in a fast-paced outpatient environment. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-rays within the LMRT scope of practice, including chest, extremity, and spine studies. Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to clinic protocols. Upload and manage imaging studies through PACS systems. Document imaging procedures, patient interactions, and clinical information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for provider evaluation. Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints. Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens as directed. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam and imaging rooms. Educate patients regarding procedures and answer questions professionally. Follow all safety, HIPAA, infection control, and clinic policies. Collaborate with providers, nurses, and ARRT-certified technologists to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Active LMRT license issued by the Texas Medical Board (required for radiologic duties). High school diploma or GED required. Current BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Previous experience in a family practice, urgent care, or outpatient setting preferred. Familiarity with PACS and EHR systems preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
