Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Hours:
40 Hours/Week Responsibilities Perform technical laboratory testing and accurately analyse patient specimens. Collect blood and other specimens, including venipuncture and capillary draws. Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Analyse and document laboratory results while following quality-control procedures. Maintain accurate laboratory records and communicate relevant test information to the appropriate clinical team. Pay & Shift details:

OT Rate:
$64/hr 15-Week Contract Monday-Thursday | 9:30 AM-8:00 PM 40

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Medical Laboratory experience Active Washington State MA-P License Active Phlebotomist License Certification/credential through HEW, ASCP, AMT, or NCA Experience with venepuncture and specimen collection Knowledge of Haematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Serology, and Urinalysis Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate patient testing
Pay:
$50.00 - $53.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment Knowledge of Haematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Serology, and Urinalysis Must have active
Phlebotomist License Active Washington State MA-P License Experience:
Medical Laboratory:
2 years (Preferred) venipuncture and specimen collection: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred) HEW (Preferred) ASCP Certification (Preferred) AMT (Preferred) NCA (Preferred)
